The CVS 16 is an enlarged version of the original 14-footer. Greater in length, width and depth. 

LOA 15'8" (could be closer to 15'10") Beam 4'6"

Construction will be of 6mm Okoume plywood. Final weight should be not more than 110lbs.

The original outlines of the 14 are shown in yellow. The 16 is held to 4'6" beam so that rowing is still easy and enjoyable.

Great freeboard makes for a much larger feeling craft capable of taking two people out very comfortably.

The larger 16 will still carry a balance lug sail, but it will be closer around 85 square feet for sailing performance.
